Swedish Wall Ladder Batch: Packing Under Way
Bulk production of our Swedish wall ladders is finished; the white drilled rails are now being wrapped and packed in the workshop for shipment.
This is the Swedish wall ladder batch on the floor of our workshop. The long white rails have already been drilled, each one lined with evenly spaced holes, and they are now wrapped in clear film ahead of packing. Flat brown cartons sit alongside them, ready for the same process.
What a Swedish Wall Ladder Is
A Swedish wall ladder is the wall-mounted wooden ladder, also called gymnastics ribs, that you fix to a wall for training. The evenly drilled rails take the rungs, and the whole frame turns a plain wall into a place to do pull-ups, dips, calisthenics and squat work.
Bulk Production Finished, Packing Next
The batch in the photo has finished bulk production, and the workshop has moved on to the packing stage. The photo shows that stage directly: rails filmed and stacked, cartons laid out, and the pieces being prepared to go out together.
